Surf and Turf Burrito

Tender skirt steak, grilled garlic shrimp, fajita peppers and onions, pico de gallo, rice and guacamole all rolled into a large flour tortilla and topped with sour cream, shredded lettuce and pico de gallo. Served with refried beans and Mexican rice.
