Summer Squash and Zucchini Enchiladas

Freshly steamed, locally grown summer squash and Zucchini rolled in corn tortillas with mexican cheeses and topped with our fresh dreamy tomatillo salsa, queso blanco and cilantro. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans.
